My dog is a heavy chewer and this toy lasted longer then i expected. My dog will chew and chew for hours. The ball part of the toy lasted a solid 8 hours of constant chewing. I cut the ball off when he had pulled a chunk of it off. The rope part of the toy lasted 3 more days before he pulled it apart. It kept him buzy and he really enjoyed it. I would buy again. I would recommend watching your pup while they play with it incase they get a chunk off and want to eat it.
