Has anyone evaluated this toy for toxicity? Toys are often colored and infused with certain ingredients (like vanilla extract in this case) to make them appealing to dogs. But how can we be sure it’s non-toxic? What about the coloring—does it contribute to the toy’s safety? I want to believe it’s safe, but I’d appreciate input from others. Thanks!

My dog absolutely loves this toy. He loves thrashing it around and stepping on it so it bounces up when he lets go. Very entertaining. He does not chew on this toy. As it’s been worn down, I either cut off the inside parts or I replace the toy. Will continue to buy.

Our 4 month old German shepherd puppy likes this toy. He doesn’t love it as his favorite but he does play with it from time to time and it is a toy he can play with by himself or with us. We can throw it or let him pull. The only thing is I was disappointed that it was random color. I expected the blue one pictured (blue/green/yellow). The one we got was yellow/orange/red. I call it girl colors, daughter calls it warm colors lol.
